The AI Partnership provides innovative and customised consultancy, training, facilitation, and systems, to guarantee organisations and their managers and staff the tools and skills they need to produce sustainable improvements in organisational performance. Our approach

• at Policy and Strategy level for senior executives and policy makers with responsibility for creating the vision for organisational policy and strategic change. Programmes will assist in developing a change culture, and leading the drive for sustainable improvements in business performance.
• at Planning and Tactical level for senior and middle managers with responsibility for implementing policy and planning strategic change. Programmes will assist in setting clear tactical and operational objectives, and ensuring the effective operation of the organisation to meet the strategic vision.
• at Operational level for junior managers, supervisors, and employees responsible for developing and maintaining changes in operational practices, developing the ability to respond positively to change, and contributing to the effectiveness of the new organisational culture.

Armenian Government exchanges documents only electronically.

February 16, 2009

Armenia is one of post soviet republics that gained its independence in 1991. In 2007 The AI Partnership was selected by Armenian Government to introduce electronic document management system in three Ministries, namely; the staff of Government, Ministry of Economy and Ministry of Finance.

Over 1000 civil servants have been trained in using MulberryGroupware EDMS and since June 1-st 2008, the mentioned bodies transferred their document management to MulberryGroupware electronic document management system.

In addition to electronic flow of documents within pilot organisations, MulberryGroupware 1.3.22 also enabled an electronic exchange between the systems and was integrated with electronic signature solution from Arx Algorithmic Research, which made it possible for organisations to exchange documents only electronically.
